We are a pet-friendly community and love our furry friends! Dogs and cats are permitted, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. All animals must complete the screening process through PetScreening.com prior to move-in. For dogs and cats, a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet and may be subject to PetScreening.com recommendations. Fish, birds, and other approved caged pets do not require a pet fee or monthly pet rent; however, PetScreening.com registration is still required. Restricted Dog Breeds:Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas. Exotic animals are strictly prohibited.
